A meeting-discussion was held with the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, historian Lernik Hovhannisyan at the office of "Civic Hub" NGO.

During the meeting, the speaker presented in detail the situation related to the preservation of cultural heritage in Artsakh and the problems faced in the republic on this topic.
