It has been more than 200 days of Azerbaijan’s genocidal and illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor, the only road connecting Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) to Armenia and the outside world. RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Urge Azerbaijan to instantly open the Lachin corridor –open the corridor for the free and safe passage, unconditionally, for all the people and vehicles. 2. Locate an International Fact-finding group on the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh to monitor and see, how our rights are being violated. 3. Remove the isolation of the NK people and ensure free access of international organizations and diplomatic missions to be able to monitor the threats to the human rights and human security.

Statement of Artsakh non-governmental organizations regarding the incident of violence against a journalist. On July 8 and 9, Civilnet journalist Hayk Ghazaryan covered the protest in front of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Artsakh. The protestors gathered to express their complaint that the lawyers are not allowed to visit their protected detainee Arman Israelyan.When a commotion broke out between the police and the protesters, which Hayk Ghazaryan was filming on his phone, the police officer illegally took away the latter's mobile phone, hindering the journalist's professional activities. Hayk Ghazaryan asked the police officer to present himself, but he did not and left without returning the phone. Within the framework of the three-month program, the participants will have the opportunity:- to get to know international and domestic law, their violations and solution models,- to understand the nature of the Artsakh problem in the legal context,- to reinforce knowledge through debate, - do team research work,- take part in the Government Model Forum simulation game, indicating ways to solve problems in the current situation.
