On July 8, a meeting-discussion about the Sarsang reservoir was held at the office of "Civic Hub" NGO. Representatives were present at the discussion from: - The Environmental Protection Committee- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh- The Office of the Human Rights Defender During the meeting, the issues related to the Sarsang reservoir, the problems that arose and the challenges facing the Artsakh ecosystem, in general, were discussed.

Debate and communication skills courses are going on in ''Civic Hub'' NGO. During the course, the participants get to know the main types of debate and negotiations, develop their debating and negotiating skills. They have the opportunity to participate in practical debates in the format of the World Debating Championship and negotiation role-plays based on models of real negotiation formats. The courses are conducted as practical and interactive as possible, with active questions from the participants.

On November 24, 2022, the Civic Hub NGO and Mission Armenia Artsakh branch presented their joint work, the report on the access to social rights of the victims of military aggression against the Republic of Artsakh. Representatives from the government of the Republic of Artsakh, local self-government bodies, and civil society were present at the discussion. A number of problems raised during the research were presented, possible mechanisms of their solution were discussed.
