Training course for long-term observers

Ahead of the national elections to be held in the Republic of Artsakh on March 31, 2020, the ''Akanates'' Observation mission, in cooperation with Artsakh-based ''Civic Hub'' NGO, has launched a long-term observation mission to observe the pre-election and post-election processes.
On February 2 and 3, the training course for long-term observers of the mission took place in Stepanakert. The team of long-term observers includes 16 observers from all regions of Artsakh.
The course was conducted by Alik Petrosyan.
