Constitutional Reforms in Artsakh

We know that a Constitutional Reforms Commission was established in Artsakh at the beginning of 2022.
And the committee was assigned to present the concept of constitutional reforms to the President of the Republic of Artsakh within three months.
Emphasizing the discussion about the presented Constitutional reforms with the representatives of the NGO sector, on July 8 of 2022, we organized a meeting with lawyer Sona Hambardzumyan, a member of the Professional Commission for Constitutional Reforms.
