Observation of the Local Self-Government Elections on December 10, 2021

On December 10, 2021, elections of local self-government bodies were held in two communities of the Martuni region of the Republic of Artsakh, in the city of Martuni and in the village of Gishi. The election processes were monitored by 'Akanates' Observation Mission and the ''Civic Hub'' NGO through long-term and short-term observation.
