Azerbaijan again blocked the ICRC's transfer of Artsakh medical patients

In the conditions of the ongoing blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan, today, from July 11, Azerbaijan has again blocked the transfer of medical patients from Artsakh with serious health problems to the Republic of Armenia by the International Committee of the Red Cross, as well as the return of medical patients to Artsakh.
More than 186 medical patients are waiting for their transfer to professional medical centers of the Republic of Armenia to receive immediate medical care.
