On July 23, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:50 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces intermittently fired at a combine working in the area of Sarushen village, using small arms and 60 mm mortars. There are no losses on the Armenian side. 

In the conditions of the ongoing blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan, today, from July 11, Azerbaijan has again blocked the transfer of medical patients from Artsakh with serious health problems to the Republic of Armenia by the International Committee of the Red Cross, as well as the return of medical patients to Artsakh. More than 186 medical patients are waiting for their transfer to professional medical centers of the Republic of Armenia to receive immediate medical care.

On July 9, 2023, a photo was circulated in the media, where it is clearly seen that the khachkar erected in 2014 in memory of the victims of the Artsakh war in Kyuratagh village of Hadrut, occupied by Azerbaijan, was destroyed. In the photo, a young man from Azerbaijan is sitting on the pedestal of a fallen khachkar, which is also desecrated with some writing and shows the sign of the Gray Wolves (https://t.me/ararathau/18879). It is the symbol of the Turkic "Nationalist Movement" party, which the "Grey Wolves" consider their symbol.

On July 6, around 12:15 p.m., residents of the city of Martuni, plumbers B.I., R. A. and electrician A.F., while carrying out repair work on an artesian well in the administrative area of Berdashen village, fires came in their direction with rifles of different calibers from Azerbaijani combat positions. Due to the violation of the ceasefire regime, the repair works were stopped.

On June 28, from 01:30, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from artillery means in the direction of the Armenian positions of Martuni and Martakert, also using drones. The Armenian side has 4 casualties: Armo Abgaryan,Samvel Torosyan,Yervand Tadevosyan,Gagik Balayan.

On June 25, at around 4pm,, the adjacent Azerbaijani combat positions fired—with various firearms—at Mikayel Mezhlumyan, 22, a resident of Murishen village of the Martuni region of Artsakh, while he was carrying out agricultural work with a tractor in the field. Agricultural work was stopped as a result of the shooting. The respective report was conveyed to the Russian peacekeeping troops in Artsakh.

The State Service for the Protection of the Historical Environment of Artsakh has spread information that Azerbaijan is turning the Holy Ascension Church of Berdzor into a mosque. The Holy Ascension Church is located in the southwestern edge of Berdzor, on the rocky slope of the left bank of the Hakari River. In 2022, 47 cultural monuments were evacuated from Berdzor, including khachkars, memorial stones, busts, memorial springs.

On June 22, the Azerbaijani side resorted to another provocation and criminal action, closing the only road between Artsakh and Armenia (Lachin Corridor) with a concrete barrier. In addition to the illegal checkpoint and blocking the road with armored vehicles, Azerbaijan is now demonstrably blocking the road, preventing any movement, including by the Red Cross and peacekeepers.This case once again demonstrates the criminal goals of the Azerbaijani authorities to completely isolate the people of Artsakh from the outside world and use all methods of repression.

On June 22, around 13:00,, the armed forces of Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire in the direction of Martakert region of Artsakh by using small arms. As a result, Artsakh Defense Army contract soldier Mher Hakobyan was wounded. This violation of the ceasefire by the Azerbaijani army and the wounding of the aforesaid serviceman were reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh.

On June 22, at 7:25 p.m., Zori Arakelyan (born in 1983), a resident of Cchankatagh village of Martakert region, reported that an irregular round of fire was fired from the Azerbaijani position in the direction of their house. The senior investigator who went to the scene found out that at around 13:30, the roof of Arakelyan's house was damaged as a result of shots fired from small arms from the Azerbaijani combat position in the area adjacent to Chankatagh village.The extent of the damage is being ascertained. The message was passed on to the Russian peacekeeping forces.

On June 14, Azerbaijani combat positions fired at civilians doing agricultural work. On June 14, between 09:15 and 11:14 hours, the Azerbaijani side opened fire at civilians doing agricultural work in Machkalashen and Chartar villages of Martuni region. On the same day at around 08:50, Sasun Hovsepyan (born 1979), a resident of the village of Sos, while doing agricultural work with a tractor in the vineyards of the district called "Khazazin Tak" of the administrative area of the same village, reported that there was irregular fire from the Azerbaijani combat position with different types of rifle weapons, shoot in his direction. As a result of the shooting, agricultural work was stopped. The message was forwarded to the Russian peacekeeping forces.

On June 8, between 17:35 and 20:30, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire in the eastern and northern direction of the contact line by using firearms. Around 6:20pm, the Azerbaijani side opened fire from a rifle at a tractor doing agricultural work in Karvin village.The Armenian side has no losses. This ceasefire violation was reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh.
